If your application is accepted by our organising committee, you will receive notification within 10 days.
Invitation to reserve your stand
You will receive your login details to access the application to participate online.

Fill in your application to participate
Book your stand and the goods and/or services you need to participate in Demo Forest.
Acceptance of your request to participate
If your application to participate is accepted by our organising committee, you will receive the notification accompanied by an invoice. a9> will receive notification accompanied by a invoice for a deposit within 10 days.
You will be invited to the exhibitors' information day on 12 March 2026 and to visit the site to choose your location.

You have access to all the a4>practical information contained in your exhibitor area exhibitors.
You can edit your exhibitor badges and e-invitations that you have ordered.
