ELICIR has developed an exceptional biostimulant based on 100% biosourced plant extract technology. The patented technology has been the subject of over 100 field trials, in a variety of environments and on a variety of species, over several years. It takes the form of a soluble powder to be sprayed onto leaves or needles. Growth is accelerated without distorting the tree's morphology. We have measured growth increases of between +10% and +800% (on oak trees in France in 2021) compared with controls on the same sites.
Biostimulation is becoming an increasingly interesting technique in the forestry world, from nursery to post-planting plot, due to the intensification of abiotic stresses.
On its stand, ELICIR will also be presenting the X Tree project, which combines a bio-herbicide from the Belgian company APEO Solutions and its biostimulant to design an innovative technical itinerary for the Christmas tree production sector.
